BEACHWOOD, OHIO (February 28, 2025) – Tramview Capital Management (“Tramview”), a value-oriented real estate investment firm, and Campus Advantage®, an industry leader in student housing property management, consulting, and investment management, announced they recently completed the sale of The Stretch, a 170-unit/533-bed student housing complex serving the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. Well located approximately 0.4 miles from campus, the property caters to the SEC university’s growing student population and offers residents resort-style amenities, a variety of large floorplans, and convenient access to nearby retail, dining, and entertainment options.
Tramview originally acquired the property in June 2022 in a joint venture with Campus Advantage. The venture recalibrated operations to reposition the property during its ownership and completed several strategic common area improvements and interior unit renovations, increasing occupancy and driving rental rate and income growth.
